BTS50055-1TMA is a smart high-side current power switch. BTS50055-1TMA is an N-channel vertical power FET with a charge pump, current-controlled input, and diagnostic feedback with load current sense, integrated into Smart SIPMOS chip-on-chip technology. BTS50055-1TMA is suitable for loads with high inrush currents like lamps and motors; all resistive and inductive loads.
